Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds

Hi, I am getting this error: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/damascus/public_html/plugins/hikaserial/randomgen/randomgen.php on line 114

when trying to generate a serial in two ways:

1. when order status modification made and Ok clicked (hikaserial set to generate a gift voucher if order status confirmed or shipped)
2. inside hikaserial>Packs When in the created Pack, trying to click Generate Serial button on top left corner.

Maybe you have came across the problem like this before?, or if you need to access admin panel please let me know and I will supply you with the login details.
