Please provide a screenshot of your order details in the backend and a screenshot of your HikaSerial configuration.
You have to check :
* How the order is confirmed and how the email is sent
* The order status
* The serial assigned to the order
* The serials' statuses
* The HikaSerial configuration for the serial assignation depending the order status
* The HikaSerial configuration for the display of the serial depending their status
