Check Serial delivers NO_SERIAL

Hi,

i am using:

" index.php?option=com_hikaserial&ctrl=serial&task=check&hikaserial[serial]=" & AccountSerial & "&hikaserial[format]=xml"

to check the status of an Serial, but since update to he latest version of Hikaserial the check delivers "NO_SERIAL".

There are new propertys to set for the "check" function?

Hi,

Please provide the HikaSerial version number you are currently using.
I made some test in my local website and I didn't have specific problem to display the serial details.
Be sure that :
- The pack is published
- The pack have the option "webservice" activated
- The serial exist
