Hikaserial Coupon step in Checkout process

after installing Hikaserial with Hikashop Business I have now 2 available steps in the Checkout configuration: Coupon and Hikaserial Coupon.

When testing them they look the same, at least in the front-end.
What are the difference between the two and when should they be used for what?

Hi,

"HikaSerial coupon" allow you to enter an HikaShop coupon (like the "coupon" step) but also to enter an HikaSerial serial in order to consume it.
It is a mix between the coupon and the HikaShop consume module.

It can be useful if you are using the "product add consumer" plugin.
By entering a serial, it will add a special product in the cart.
