MailToCustomField not showing up on product page

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- HikaSerial version -- : 1.10.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5

I have created a gift certificate using HikaSerial. I set up the custom field for the recipient's email in Display > Custom Fields and in the MailToCustomField plugin configuration but it is not showing up on the front end of the product page.

Hi,

You've made it a custom field of the type "order", which would show in the checkout, if enabled there.

If you want it to show on product pages, you'll need to make it a field of the type "item":

With the item custom fields (business edition only), you will be able to personalize the information you can gather from your customers when they order something on your store. The custom fields will appear on the products page where you will be able to ask the user information related to the product he wants to buy.
