Custom field and attachserial plugin

Hi, using the doc on https://hikashop.com/support/documentation/152-hikaserial-plugins-attachserial.html i'd modify a attach image for my coupon.
I have create two custom field (the attach images) and i wanna use it on my coupon image (using translate function using the same method on the tutorial) but i don't know how call these variable on the translation.
How can i call the variable xxxxxx.messaggioregalo and xxxxxxxx.destinatario_regalo? whats value insted xxxxx?

Hi,

Item custom fields are stored in the HikaShop table "order product".
So you can use "order product..." in HikaSerial attach serial plugin

Order Product... - Display an element from the table "order product". You have the specify the column name. For dynamic text, namekey is "order_product"
