Automaticaly add serials

Hello,

I am looking for way, how to make shop administrator life easier. As our shop sells mostly e-tickets, I would like to automate adding Serials to products. Is there way, how to
1/ add automatically some serial packs when creating product in specified category?
2/ add automatically "virtual file" for attach serial plugin?

The process is currently very complex, and BFU users are bit confused with it, any help appreciated,

Hello,

There is nothing in HikaSerial to perform such kind of automation and I don't see how it could be implemented in the component.
Regarding the specificity, I think that a custom plugin would be required.
Thanks to the HikaShop triggers, you can modify dynamically a product before it is created and by reading the submitted data, you can see to add yourself the pack assignation and the file.
