Hi!

I'am using the HikaSerial since some days and it nearly works perfect. The only problem I am not able to solve is how to restict the rights for ticket validation.
I only want to enable a litte group to check the validity of e-tickets - but anyone using a QRcode reader is able to check the validity and set the serial to "used".

What kind of mistake have I done that the restiction does not works?

Looking very forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Frank

Hello,

You need to use the plugin "group filter" :
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/2...pfilterconsumer.html

Just create an instance, select the pack and check the groups you want to authorize for the setting "groups".
But do not limit the plugin to ACL ; that is a generic setting for all HikaSerial plugin and you don't want to use it for that plugin.
Afterwards, when a serial will try to be consume, the plugin will block every unauthorized users.
But if you set an ACL for the instance, the plugin won't be loaded for the groups you did not selected ; so the plugin won't filter.

Hi Jerome!

Many thanks for your replay. I tried to solve the problem - but I really despair of getting it working :-)
As you told me I used the plugin "Group filter consumer" as you can see on the first picture. The picture "Zugriffsrechte" show the rights I gave. I want to enable two groups to consume the serials: Check-in and Funker (administrator).
But now I cannot consume anymore :-)) although I am an admin.
I was logged-in on the website and on the backend, too. But no chance to consume for me :-)

And I am REALLY helpless :-//
I enclosed the general configuration and the pack configuration, too.

I am really looking forward to reading from you

regards,
Frank

Hello,

Unfortunately, you're not using the right settings.
Please look at the documentation ; you will see that it's talking about "packs" and "groups".
So you should not touch the "Access Level" settings which is a common setting for all HikaSerial plugins.
But you should just configure the setting "groups" as explained in the documentation.
Regarding the "Access Level" one, you have to reset it (and check all).

Afterwards, if you follow the tutorial : www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/2...ticket-tutorial.html
You will see that the setting "Consume will check/assign user" is not set accordingly.
