Hello,

Would it be possible to know how you have configured your coupon generator and the coupon that you are using as template ?
Did you check the generated coupons in the HikaShop backend after the customer received its serials ?

Hi Jerome,

I used the coupon generator and made a package. Then I generate 100 Numbers.
The sattes for refund serials set to "Free to use", consume will check user to "no" and no user assign to "yes".

With the products I select the package.

The coupon works fine and in the backend I can see the used numbers. Also the Email was generated, is o.k.

When I see the list of codes I can see the order number an a user id or his email.... there the status is now "assigned", perhaps this is the problem?

If you want, I can give you access...

thanks
Harald

Hello,

I got the impression that you mix-up "serials" and "coupons".

HikaSerial generate serials ; these have the status and other stuff that you're talking about.
But if you really using a coupon generator ; it's not the serial that you should look (because they are useless), you must look at the generated coupons.

So please, as asked previously, perform the checks on your HikaShop coupons.
