Hey there :)

i got a question, what do i do wrong ?

I have Videotraining product, which we sell it as a subscription and a premium (lifetime avaibility).

For the Subscription, i do that:

Created a Plan, called creamy Flower, got 1 year.

Now when a costumer buys the standart edition (subscription) it get assigned to the planar... (creamy flower)
So the Video is available (our videos are in Groups assigned).

So the Video is available, after i deleted the subscription (remoive the serial), the Video (user) is still assigned ? How can i remove the subscription from the user ?

What is shown here:

imgur.com/a/KF5CwEm

After i remove the serial, from the subscription , user still have access to the Video Training.

Our Premium Member which buys it for a higher Price should get a lifetime access.... (no planar includet , direct assigned to the usergroups).

what do i do wrong ?

In Short ,

we sell videotraining assigned to groups...

I want to do a Subscription to the cheaper edition for 1 Year, one year assigned to Usergroup XY... after i remove the serial user should not be assigned anymore except the Premium Buyer.

Sorry for that bad english, i pray for being better :)

Thanks for being so often kind to me,

Regards

Hello,

You have to edit the customer subscription, change its state to "close" and save it.
It will remove the user from the group (since the subscription became "closed / expired") and then you can delete it if you want (but there is no real need and it's best to keep some tracks)
