HikaSerial link in email

I have set up HikaSerial to make a PDF to customers as a ticket - works great!
But in the email they get, there's a link that says the same as the PDF-serial - see image - is this link neccesary or can I somehow remove it og change it?
It seems to link directly to the ticket, so another linktext would also do ...
