Hello,
You said "you can generate a huge quantity of HikaShop coupons (by duplicate on coupon template)" do you think I use the duplication of the coupon template to create 1200 discount coupons, obviously each with a different code?
To be clear ; I don't know what you did and I'm not sure to understand what you want to do.
You first ask the way to have a specific restriction on coupons.
Please note that your first question was not related to HikaSerial since it was only on HikaShop coupon capabilities.
I want to create a discount coupon code (not in percentage, but in numbers) to apply only to a product to be used only once.
Then you gave us more details about a coupon you created and you asked to be able to upload a CSV of 1200 codes to create these 1200 coupons.
Now I would like to reproduce it in HikaSerial by uploading a csv of 1200 codes in order to create 1200 coupons with those codes.
I'm telling you that you can't upload a CSV to create these 1200 coupons.
But you can use the "generator" to create 1200 coupons with (obviously, since it's the main goal of HikaSerial) random and uniques "codes / serials".
I told you that you can't upload a CSV with codes ; but the way HikaSerial is working, you can generate and then download the CSV with the codes.
And I asked you if that workflow was fine with you so we could go further on explanations.
Clearly our communication is complicated and, regarding how that thread is going, I'm not sure that I'm able to help you with your needs.
I don't know how to reach you but if you're in a defensive position it will make the communication even more difficult.
Please understand that my goal as support is first to help you understand how the product is "working", the way it works.
Then, we can go on details with documentation links, forum links and more precise explanation on how to do it.
But please understand that, if you ask for a feature to upload a CSV and create the coupon ; there is no need for me to tell you how to do it other way if you're telling me that you're okay with the workflow I propose.
Regards,
