Send email once purchase is confirmed not placed

Is it possible to change the way the vendor receives the notification about an order to be triggered when confirmed rather than placed as we don't want the vendor to honor the order until it has been paid for. Also can they have their own email template or does it have to be a copy of the normal email confirmation template? At the moment it says 'an order has been placed on your website' we would prefer it to say 'one of your products has been purchased from www.domain.com '

Hi,

HikaMarket redirect the "order_admin_notification" email to the vendors when a "sub order" is created. That's why you see the same content than the administrator received.
By unpublishing this email, it will be deactivated for both processes (email for HikaShop admin and emails for vendors).

There is special email for the order confirmation. We though redirecting the customer email to the vendor for "sub orders" but I was not sure that it is a good idea.
Sure the best is having special emails for vendors but the interface to modify HikaMarket emails is not finished yet.
For the moment it is possible to use a little plugin which would send emails to the vendors, it would keep the compatibility with updates without modifying any core file.

That is fine i think you answered part of my question so there will be no email customised for the vendor which is fine, is the other possible? So they only get an email once confirmed is the status rather than order created?

Hi,

After some checks: with HikaShop 2.1.2 it is possible to edit HikaMarket emails but for the moment only one is listed.
Some news emails will arrived in the next version of HikaMarket and they will be editable thanks to HikaShop.

About the email send after order confirmation, I created a feature request for it.
