Fail to upload pic in front end of HikaMarket

Hikashop2.1.3 HikaMarket1.1.4
Not sure to post this problem in HikaShop or HikaMarket

Upload pic from Back end is fine.
But fail to upload picture in the front end (Vendor upload).

Thanks for the access.
The upload works good but, the return of the ajax upload gives you some HTML and there is a 500 error during the page generation.

Could you check your PHP error log ?
The error should be listed into. With the error details, we can fix the problem in your website.

I'm a newbie, I don't know how to check PHP error log
I'm try to Goolgling for a week but I don't understand how to setting it.
Where to enable PHP error log in Joomla?

Is this problem is because of the incompatible between HikaShop X Template?

Hi,

It is not linked to Joomla at all, it is no linked with your web hosting.
Please contact your server hosting to retrieve the PHP error log (that you can send us by email afterwards).

It is not a template problem. There is an PHP error but we have to see the log if we want to know what is the error.

Hi dakama,

In your case, you do not use the right version of HikaShop with HikaMarket.
The blank page you have is "logical" because HikaMarket call functions in HikaShop which does not exists because the installed HikaShop version is too old.
Knowing the error message is not important because we already know the problem.

Contacting your server hosting depends on your server hosting and I can't answer it.
Your website is hosting by someone, by an hosting company I guess. And you are the most appropriate person to know which one it is and how you can access to your control panel.
In your control panel, you could have access to the PHP error log but you will have some "contact" links too.

You can also your our great friend "Google" and make a search with "php error log" and the name of your web hosting ("1and1", "ovh"...).
If you are a newbie like you said, the best is to contact the "person" who host your website in order to have the useful information on how manage your website: accessing to the logs, accessing to the files, seeing the statistics, making a backup, etc.
