Config > Market Options....tab not showing

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

I've installed and am configuring Hikamarket, however, the Market Option tab under Configuration is completely missing for me when logged in as an Administrator. I'm using it with the HikaShop Essential version.

I'm at a bit of a loss here...any ideas on what I could try?
