Hi all,

Someone visits our website and is interested in selling with us. They have not logged in.

They complete the HikaMarket registration form and submit which will be approved (or declined) by an admin in the next few days.

If approved, they will be granted access to setup their profile and products.

If not approved, they will not be allowed to do this.

Is this something that HikaMarket can do, and if so, what do you recommend as the settings/process flow?

Thx.

Hi,

We have a documentation for the HikaMarket configuration and his "registration" settings:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...nfig_market_register

We also have a tutorial documentation for the first steps:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...-multi-tutorial.html

I will let you read that documentation and then complete your message if you have further questions.

Settings.png is what we have set.

Manual.png is what it says in the documentation.

Result.png is what we get.

Any suggestions on what we are doing wrong?

Hi,

The "result" image indicate that you are using a Joomla menu which is pointing to an HikaMarket page.
That page requires a vendor to be logged, so it redirect the user to the log-in page ; like any other Joomla component do.

If you want to let the vendor perform a registration, you have to use the "vendor edition" menu ; exactly like it is explained in the tutorial documentation.
