Marketplace's Support for Vendor with sales staff

-- HikaShop version -- : Free
-- HikaMarket version -- : latest
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.10
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Mozilla
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No Error Message...

I’ve installed the FREE version of HikaShop in my Joomla test site. I would like to use HikaShop to be a Marketplace Owner. I currently have several prospects interested in being Shop Vendors within my marketplace.

1.) Does the HikaShop Marketplace support Shop Vendors who have multiple sellers? (I’m not referring to Affiliates.) I mean one Vendor Manager with a sales staff that’s paid commissions.

2.) While setting up, I’m not able to adjust the tax rate for my region. ( 8.875%, NYC, USA )

Hi,

1 - A vendor is an entity which can have several linked account.
There is the vendor administrator but you can also configure other Joomla account to be manager of the vendor (and give them different rights).
And HikaMarket Multi-vendor allow you to create an unlimited number of vendors in your store (when HikaMarket front-editon just allow one single vendor).

2 - You should be able to configure your taxes in HikaShop.
You can also use plugins like "Taxcloud" or "Avalara" to have dynamic management of the taxes.
