Hey, Jerome - cool! We haven't needed to implement that yet for a new client since it was added. I'll check it out, but I suspect our clients who currently use AcyMailing Enterprise for this will want to stick to that process. Good to know for new projects though.
Edit: Just took a look at how this is done through the preload version in the email templates. Most of our clients are very non-technical, so they would much prefer the ability to create/edit different status emails in AcyMailing and use its triggers.
If I missed something and there's a simpler way for clients to manage this directly in HikaShop without technical skills, please let me know. I'm using a 2.6.3 version for reference.
