Hi

In Hikamarket you have Terms and Conditions that Hikashop users have to accept during checkout and they also need to accept Vendors Terms.
In the new Checkout flow I have "Hikamarket Terms and Conditions" in my step 3. I forgot where I linked to the Joomla Article I use for this?

And 2nd, where do I set Terms for Vendor to accept on his Hikamarket Vendor edition page?
I'm not talking about the "Ask for terms" and "Terms and conditions" is required during Vendor registration. My Vendor registration is simple, but the first time Vendor gets to his edition page, some additional custom fields is required before he can save.
You could say that a Vendor should accept marketplace terms during registration and maybe I'll add this later, but at least in his Vendor edition page I need an option for him to check combobox that links to Joomla article with terms for using the marketplace.

Best regards,
Henrik

Hello,

Unfortunately the setting has been removed from HikaShop with the new checkout editor.
One solution is to change temporally your HikaShop configuration to use the "checkout legacy" so you'll get the old checkout editor with the "old" settings. Then once you have select the article you want, you can re-switch to the non legacy checkout.
Next HikaMarket version will have the compatibility with the new checkout editor.

Hi Jerome

1) No problem. That's why I can't find it.

2) But what about the 2nd question? Where do I set Terms of Use for the Vendor. Either as a part of Vendor registration or at least on the Vendor Edition page.

Hello,

There is no "Terms of Use" setting in HikaMarket but you can use a required checkbox to do the trick.
By changing the translation, you can also add a link in the content to let the vendor access to the article.
But since you're now not the first one to ask for that ; I think we will add a special new kind of custom field to help the creation of such kind of "checkbox with popup article".

Hi Jerome

Thank you! I think it make sense that a Vendor needs to accept some "Terms of Use" set in the marketplace. I would really appreciate if you will add this as a special new custom field so that I can link to a Joomla article.
But for now I have a solution as you gave me.

Best regards,
Henrik
