Safely uninstalling HikaMarket

-- HikaMarket version -- : 3.0.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.10
-- PHP version -- : 7.2.21

A previous web designer has installed HikaMarket on our website some years ago. Now we decided to uninstall HikaMarket as we have not used it for some time now.

What is the safest option to uninstall HikaMarket and would this possibly have an effect on our Hikashop? We have currently way over 1000 products listed on our site and it is crucial for us that we can uninstall HikaMarket safely.

Hello,

HikaMarket is an add-on for HikaShop ; thanks to the "hikashop market" plugin, it creates a bridge and add its specific features.
By disabling that plugin, most of the HikaMarket feature will be deactivated.

Uinstalling HikaMarket won't touch the database ; the data generated by HikaMarket will stay (vendors, etc).
I would recommend you to not touch the database so it will not break accidentally something. But otherwise, uninstalling HikaMarket is not an issue as long as the "hikashop / market" plugin is disable or uninstalled too.
