[SOLVED] Vendor ACL issues that we can not figure how to set

-- HikaMarket version -- : 3.0.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.18

Hello

Created a new Joomla User Group called "Vendor" and i have set the plugin "HikaMarket vendor user group" the following:
Select a joomla user group for your vendors: Vendor
Logout the user: No
Move user group: Yes
(Made test registration and the joomla usergroup is applied to the user correctly)

Hika Market Configuration / Your Vendor: Created (i suppose my main Vendor)

Hika Market Configuration / Access level:

DEFAULT STORE ACCESS: Everything Checked
MAIN VENDOR ACCESS: Everything Checked except "characteristic" and all choises under it.
MAIN VENDOR GROUPS: Vendor

So... if i understood your documentation correct, each user that registers as a vendor, does not see "characteristics" in his "Vendor Control Panel".

Seems that i have not understood right!

All users that become "Vendors" can see "characteristics".

Please help! What might be very simple for you, is not simple for us and it seems that we need 3 years to find out how to set things up!

By the way do you offer a paid setup service? If yes... how can this be arranged?
