delete button for cancelled orders in the orderlisting view of the vendor

I'm afraid it will be complicated and against the rules of HIkaMarket/HikaShop.

A vendor do not have access to the customer order, deleting its order will result to some inconsistency in your database : some "cancelled" orders made by the customer but without the corresponding "cancelled" orders for the assigned vendors.
With features such as "pay later" in HikaShop, you can customize your workflow and allow to try again an order (generally when "created").

I do not recommend to allow vendors to delete orders, for security purposes they should not be able to edit the orders.
If you really want to remove these orders, it has to be done in the backend, by deleting the customer order itself.

In the order listing you have a dropdown to filter the order by statuses.
It could be possible to set-up the default value for that list which would be different than "all".
