vendor home to vendor product form. configuration.

hello.
i have a problem with the vendor home selection. it is a litte confusing
i had it one time right so i know it works but now i tried some hours and want to ask.

i need help to advice vendor to his vendor-home in vendor product listing page. at the moment always none in a lot of variants.
there are 6 fields that possibly affect it. i need the correct configuration because it only appears in the right combination

Vendor default menu
Link vendor category to vendor page by default
Create categories for vendors
Parent category for vendors
Change vendor root category No, Vendor Home, Yes (On Yes: Vendors default root category)
Extra categories
