Creation of New Payment Gateway - Card Save

Hello there. I need to create a payment gateway for a cardcompany called Card Save - but I don't have the PHP knowledge / time to do so (that might sound defeatest - but the reality of the matter is that I am not a programmer but a developer that is reliant on other peoples skills in that areas). I have looked at the documentation, but I am not too sure. Is there anyway anyone can give me the direct steps in building the gateway (or better still help me build it instead.?).
