Some ideas

I have some ideas for Hikashop Affiliate feature improvement. Please respond this thread if you think these ideas worth looking into:

Offline tracking – Hikashop Affiliate feature should support tracking of users referred through offline advertising efforts, such as printed material. The user can type the username of the referrer, or select his name from a list;

Coupon-based tracking – affiliates' usernames can become discount coupon codes which can be tracked. Thus, an affiliate can hand out the coupon to a person, which gains a discount, while the affiliate earns a commission;

Payout Method Management – admin could add or modify existing affiliate payment methods that he likes to offer to his affiliates. Admin can pay them by PayPal (included now), Check, Bank Transfer, or admin can easily add his own payout methods, or edit existing ones; Not sure what happenes when Admin pais his affiliate using PayPal. Amy record regarding payments at all? If they are Admin should be able to change the payment stauts manually and use different types of payment methods.
