Product Image

I have adjusted the product Image in the backend under the configuration>Files tab so that the product page image width and height are configured at a certain size, but nothing seems to happen. The only way I get the picture of the product on the product's page to change is to adjust the thumbnail. This creates issues in other places. If I select a "no" response to Thimbnails in that same section, the image defaults to its original size and still ignores the product page image settings. How do I get he system to recognize my product image size I am putting in through the admin?

Did you try to enlarge or reduce the size of the picture ?

When you enlarge, if the value is higher than your picture size, the size don't change. It's normal, to not alterate the picture quality.
If you try to reduce the size, I'm looking for a solution.

Under Configuration--->files

"Image width"
"Image height"

Leave both blank.

These determine what size the image will be when uploaded. So if you enter "Image width" "100", it will be uploaded to "100" regardless of the original image size.

You can set the "Thumbnail" and the "Product page image" to what you like.
