Hi,

If I want the shipping-cost to be 0:- if the customer buys for more then 1000:-, is it possible and where can I make that configuration in Jommla/Hikashop/another plugin?

You can create a manual shipping method via the menu System->Shipping methods with a minimum price of 1000 and a price of 0

You mean that if I create a new Shipping method, and still have the Standard method activated(lets say that it is 39 in Shipping coast if you buys for less then 1000), and set the minimium-price to 1000 and Price to 0 then the Shipping coast will be 0 if they buys for more then 1000 totalsum and if the buys for less then 1000 the Shipping cost of 39 adds to the total sum of the cart-sum!?

I want the totalsum of the cart delete the Shipping coast if they buys for more than 1000 and add the shipping coast if they buys for under 1000 and this have to be done automatic by the system.
I don´t what another Shipping-option in checkout-process for the customer.

Suppose that you have one shipping method with a price of 39.
Set the "maximum price" option of that shipping method to 1000 and then create a new shipping method like explained in my previous message.
Below 1000, only the first shipping method will be displayed in the checkout. Over 1000, only the new shipping method will be displayed in the checkout.

There won't be any selection.

I´ve tryed that but it still not doing what I want.
I doesn´t matter if I set the maximum to 999 or 1000.

See attached images about how its looks in backend and frontend!

Could you check that you set a weight in your products ? Otherwise, they will be considered as virtual goods and since the option "include virtual goods price" is turned off in your shipping methods, it would explain why it doesn't work properly.
