Registration does not work

When a new user registers, send a link to activate. If you activate it, shows: "There is no such account in our database or the account has already been activated." :huh:

Can you tell me if your Registration option is set to 'registration' in "Hikashop->System->Configuration->checkout" ?

That's a problem from the first builds of 1.5.8. Download again HikaShop on our website, install it on yours and that will fix the problem.

YES

That's a problem from the first builds of 1.5.8. Download again HikaShop on our website, install it on yours and that will fix the problem.

Uninstall Hikashop and install new Hikashop?

You don't need to uninstall. Just install the new package. You won't loose your products or your settings, but I still recommend that you do a backup before, just in case.

On our website.
If it's the Starter edition, you can download it on our download page.
Otherwise, you can download it via the menu Your account->Your subscriptions.

Please download again HikaShop from our website and install it again and that should fix the problem.
