Australia Post returns prod.weight & length errors

Hi,

I have used Aus Post plugin many times in the past and never had such problem.
When you get to the checkout the Australia POst shipping plugin displays errors "The request to the Australia Post server failed with the message: Please enter a valid Length." ( see the attachment)
If i enter the length, then it starts giving me errors something like "max length cannot exceed 105cm" even though the length I put in is only 25cm. ( I definitely checked that it is set to cm ).

I usually do not use length at all ,just the weight, and get no errors and the shipping is quite accurate.

No idea what is happening here and why.

The problem is that we need to go live in less than 24 hours. So plenty of panic here!!!!
