Re-Charge a Customer

Hello

This isn't the same as "recurring billing" - but may be in the same vein. We use Authorize.Net as a payment gateway and they have a "token" system which lets a merchant make followup charges on an order or create a new order and use the payment information - without having to store credit cards (just store the token).

Does the current Authorize.Net (or other plugin) plugin support this in any way?

I haven't looked directly - but does the Authorize.net plugin save the gateway transaction responses? If so, adding the token info may be rather simple. Then a new function could be added to the plugin to use "existing payment info"

Thanks

Hi,

The authorize.net plugin does not support that possibility.
Also, it does not store a token or the gateway transaction responses, so it won't be that simple to do.
