Chinese Takeaway options?

I've been asked to create a website for a friend's Chinese Takeaway and I am wondering if Hikashop will fit my requirements.

The problem is around 50 items on his menu come with boiled rice or chips or for 60p more, egg fried rice. Can HikaShop be implemented so it forces customers to make a choice if they select one of these items?
