deleted images folders cart images now missing

Hi!

I deleted the uploads images to make room, and now the cart images are missing. It is the folder 94 x 170.

How do I fix this?

You have to upload the images again in this folder, or add the images again in the product page.

Do I need to resize them, or can I just upload the original sized images to that folder?

If you upload it, you have to resize, otherwise in the checkout the full sized images will be displayed.

I resized all the images and uploaded them into the folder, and some images are showing at the checkout, and other are not - they show the spinning circle gif instead.

Am I missing something?

Thats because all the images have not the same size, for example: /media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnail_170x118/makeup-sets_1554146850.jpg, the size is 170x118, and if you do not resized the picture at this size, it will not be shown. HikaShop do not crop the images, it resize them.

You can set the images again in the product edition page and the thumbnails will be generated again automatically.

I have tried uploaded the images again via the product pages, but they arent showing still. I tried turning off the shadowbox plugin to see if that worked, but it made no difference.

I also tried changing the image size in the configuration.

I don't really know what else to try.

Try to change the size, then go in a product edition page and save the product again, this will generate the thumbnails in the new dimension.

Then in the checkout the images will appear.
