Visualization option

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a good tool to make my shop...so I decided it would be a good idea to buy HikaShop plugin for Joomla.
Before buying it, I'd like to configure it (I'm using the "starter" version) in this way

In the visualization of products, I'd love to setup it in this way:


In brief:

Category 1
- Main Product 1
--- Product son 1
--- Product son 2
--- Product son N
- Main Product 2
--- Product son 1
--- Product son 2
--- Product son N

Category 2
- Main Product 2
--- Product son 1
--- Product son 2

etc..
The purpose is to use the shop in order to have a quotation for products...

Hi,

Everything is possible with HikaShop, but to have this kind of product visualization many things are to change.
You will have to set the product listing display to "listing_tableé", edit the view "product / listing_table" to organize it like you want.

Edit the file "yourSite\components\com_hikashop\views\product\show.html.php" and edit the function "listing()" to add a request for the products variants ...
Then edit the add to cart buttons to have the good link for each variants...

It implies many works, but if you have a good php level, it's possible.

Hi,

To set the product listing display to "listing_table", you have an option in HikaShop > Configuration > Display , under "Modules main default options" the option "Type of Layout" set it to "Table".
The view "product / listing_table" can be edited in HikaShop > Display > Views.

To edit the add to cart display, and override has to be done, look here in the "For the quantity input:"
