My client has emailed a UPS rate sheet to me. According to the rate sheet which is UPS Next Day Air Service, the prepaid zone 103 rate for 1 - 2 lbs is $21.03. My fees are coming out at $65+. I have the correct client account number loaded in the UPS module.

The UPS rate sheet has an origin: US48 (Error code: 111210. Message: The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations). So, I put in their actual pick up zip code 04074 which works.

Any ideas on what I need to do to get the rates to line up?

The rates are calculated automatically based on the weight/dimensions of your products and your UPS account information.
If the rates are not what you expect, it can come from:
- your products weight which is not correct
- your products dimensions which are not correct
- the warehouse address which is not the same as in your rate sheet
- the user address which is not the same as in your rate sheet
- you have several products in your cart and the "group package" option in the UPS plugin is not set like accordingly to what you want.
- you have set some weight/dimension approximation in the UPS plugin.
- you have some handling fees in the UPS plugin.
- you have turned on the Include prices for the insurance calculation in the UPS plugin.
- the Pickup type/destination type is not the same as in your rate sheet.
- you have set a "Tax category" in the UPS plugin, and that should not be necessary.
