A little question...

Hi! first, i want to say thank you for your awesome support and product, i used hikashop on 3 sites already, and finally, i decided to purchased the essential version, as a way to say thank you, of course, and well, just because the product is awesome and i think that its value is so much greater :)

Said that, i have a little question that maybe could sound a little stupid. Now that i have the essential version, i would like to installed to all my sites, but i am afraid that some custom modifications can be lost in the process, for example, the css default, the views, and other php code that i changed.

How much code of the hikashop essential overwrite the starter edition?

Hi,

When you update HikaShop, it would overwrite all of his own files but it does not touch to your overrides or your configuration.
I mean, if you use the HikaShop interface to edit the CSS, to edit view and you don't edit files directly in the server (by ftp, etc) you wouldn't have any problem.
