I need less quantity surchage 15,00 in order, when Netto<150,00

Hi,

You can create two shipping methods, one with min price 150,00 and another one with max price 149,00 and a fee of 15,00.
Then change the translation in HikaShop > Configuration > Languages and change the Shipping fee translation to, for example, extra fee.
