1 payment 2 orders - created and confirmed

Hi,

We just had our first sale of a product on our website - which is great.

Now the strange thing is:

In our administration area Components - Hikashop - Orders two orders are appearing (J8 & J7). One is confirmed (J8) and one is created (J7). They both come from the same person and we had one payment made to our Paypal account.

Now I ask myself if the person who ordered the product placed the order twice by accident and only made one pyament
or
if I have something wrong in my settings - and will always receive an order created in my Orders once it is created and receive another order once it is confirmed.

For me the logic thing would be to receive only one order which is confirmed once the payment is made.

So do you think there is something wrong in the configuration or the customer accidently placed the order twice but only made one payment?

Thanks but that makes no sense.

First the order H7 was created at 9:26 but then at 9:27 the order J8 was paid when redirected to Paypal so he did not go back from Paypal to my shop - as there is no other order after the payment of order J8 - so my question still remains.
