i am trying buy a product
add chart and complete and showing register page
when i register after showing this mesage your chart empty
and under some product

I had the same problem and to resolve that I had to change my template settings to NO CSS cache, no compressing javascript, disable cache and disable GZIP compression.

Whats the URL of your site so I can have a look ?

Mohamed Thelji if i unregistered member and while buy a product add chart you know redirect register page when i register after showing this message "empty cart" why? before i added a product also

kernel64 i resolved with joomla settings reguired e-mail aprrove register.. so showing e-mail message....

Hi,

Like kernel64 explains it's a cache problem.
Joomla (or another cache plugin) stored in his cache the page and gives it to the guest users thinking that, all users would required the same cached page.

As we said a lot of times, HikaShop is not compatible with cache systems.
(but GZ compression if compatible with HikaShop)
