Hidden Menus?

Hi
Trying to understand what "hidden menus " do and how they are named I seem to have a whole list if them and am not sure what they refer to and once I do figure it out can they be renamed to make better sense to me?

Hi,

Hidden menus are menu which are not displayed in your joomla website.
There are into menu that you can use, it is typical configuration of menus. You just have to edit them and change their parent menu in order to use them.
So you can have easily a product listing menu, etc.

But by default, these menu are not displayed in your website so, it does not affect your site after the installation of HikaShop.
