writing simple hikashop plugin

Hello,

I need a simple database query tu be executed when saving product. I need filename of product and catalogue-no of product to be written to another table. Is it possible to write little plugin for this purpose, or i need to change some code?

Hi,

You can create a little HikaShop plugin which would be triggered when a product is update (or created).
We have a developper documentation which list most of our triggers (we are updating this documentation in order to add all new triggers).

So you can use " onAfterProductCreate(&$element) " and " onAfterProductUpdate(&$element) " triggers in your plugin.
