With HikaShop business you can create "order custom fields".
After that, if you want to resend an email in HikaShop, you have to use the status modification popup.
While changing the status of an order, you can check the box "notify customer". At this moment, you would have the email content and you can modify it.
You, so can change the order to "shipped" (without notification) and then to "confirmed" (with notification) in order to resent an email.
