Group After Purchase Not Working

Hello,

I have the Hikashop business version 2.1.0 / Joomla 3.0

Although I complete the purchase transactions with Paypal, the user does not get added into the group I have configured "after the purchase".

The "HikaShop Paypal payment plugin" is Published, not the Paypal Pro though.

I have made multiple purchases, all of them successful, but the user never gets added to the right group. Don't know what is wrong or whether something else needs to be configured other than:

1. Enable Paypal plugin.
2. Configure "after purchase group"
3. Configure paypal settings in the payment methods.

The user performing the purchase just registered in the system through the registration form.

Please, help.

Additional piece of information I found. Just in case is useful. Despite the fact that the order has been fully paid in Paypal, the status of the order is "created".

When I manually change the "order status" to "confirmed", the user gets added to the group.

Payment confirmed order status="confirmed"

How can the confirmation happen automatically? Why if the paypal transaction has been successful the order is still shown as "created"?

Hi,

The problem is indeed that your orders are not confirmed.
There are several potential causes to the orders not being confirmed on your website.

SOLVED.

The confirmation was not working when using the shop in the test machine "localhost" but working when using the shop in production.
The shop in production gets the CONFIRMATION MESSAGES from PAYPAL.
