I have Paypal Pro as my only payment method in Hikashop. It seems to work fine in Safari, however, customers are complaining that it will not work for them in Internet Explorer (both versions 7 and 9).
When the information is entered and then "submit info" is clicked, we have had two complaints - 1. it kicks back to the home page, and 2. nothing happens, the button will not click and seems "dead".
Is this an issue with the browser, Hikashop, or Paypal Pro? Has anyone else had the same issue? We need to be able to address this asap so our customers can place their orders!
