Order notification system emails

Would someone please tell me what the email is called <Order notification> (number 5 in the emails list)? I'm not sure whether I need that published or unpublished. Who does this email go to and what does it contain?

That's the email that is sent when you click on the "email" button on the order edition page. It is sent to the customer of the order.
