Update- unable to update Hikashop 2.1.2 to 2.1.3

I am unable to update from Hikashop 2.1.2 to the lastest version. 2.1.3

It prompt me to update. However, msg display error...Invalid extension.

So what can I do to update the lastest version..

For info :

Had the same Invalid Extension Update message.

Using the zip package worked for me.

Anyone can tell me how to get my apache server to work with tar.gz files?
