Shipping or billing address not recognized

Hi there,
I have a "big" problem. When a user registers on Joomla, I ask for the address in the registration form (joomla user), but when he arrive to the "shipping step" in the checkout flow, there are no address, nor shipping nor billing.

Are there a way to use the informations inserted during the Joomla registration in the checkout flow?

Hi,

No, that's not possible. What you should do is use the HikaShop user registration page instead of the Joomla registration so that the address the user enters during the registration is stored in HikaShop.
You can do that by turning on the plugin called "Redirect Joomla registration to HikaShop Plugin"
