I don't see the registration on your screenshot. I can see that the "name", "username" and "password" fields have been removed from the user form and thus you won't get any user account when you click on the button to validate the form.
If you want to remove address fields from that form, you can do so via the menu Display>Custom fields.

If you want to change the text of the title/button since it's not a registration form, you can use a translation override:

OK apart from the buttons and title still saying "Register" which should be no issue, the big issue is that if someone bought items before or has a registration on the site, it will error out the email as invalid or existing.

This shop really needs a very very simple check out.

Hi,
If you want a checkout without registration but with address you'll probably find your answer there :

If you want to have a checkout without registration but with address, you will have to have both "login" and "address" views in the checkout workflow. Then, in the Checkout tab of the configuration, you can change the option "registration" to "no registration" in order to remove the creation of a user account. Also, you can turn off the "login" option there to remove the login area of the checkout.
That way, you will still have the address form but no user account would be created.
That "Registration" option is only available in our commercial editions.

That's not correct. In "no registration" mode, you can buy several times using the same email address. What you can't do though is use the email address of a registered users to buy something in guest mode (you already have a login account, so in that case you should login and not guest checkout).
No one else reported an issue with the "no registration" mode not accepting several times the same email address, so it has to be working for you too. You just need to make sure that the email address you're using for your tests doesn't already have an account on the website.
