Resetting Password (hover text adjustment)

When i go to forgot password from my account and hover over email, the pop up text comes up strange and behind the top menu, you cannot really read it. See image. I am not sure what to change or if it's a hikashop change or template. Thanks for your help. The page can be seen at: rustlingpalmsstudio.com/component/users/?view=reset

The same thing happens when i hover over the word captcha.

FYI: I have another site vaporandco.com and it looks good when i do the same thing. See image 2.

This is a template issue, your template don't seem to manage the tooltips.
You need to have this kind of code in your template: JHTML::_('behavior.tooltip');

Hey, thanks. My template guys sent me over the info and it worked. The only thing now is that it doesn't appear to be reading the code so the bold and br are showing up on the tooltip as <strong> <br /> etc. I just figured i would remove that code. Where do i do that please.

What is present in your screenshot doesn't look like a tooltip. It's a standard text displayed by your browser.
I think that your template does not yet support the tooltips.

To remove the html tags, you will probably have to edit the ReCaptcha plugin configuration.
