Hi, my site is a photo sale site and I had a thought on a couple of things;

1) When I name a file (from the generic filename to a a custom descriptive name) that entry is not held in the product table (xxx_hikashop_product) of the database, but another called xxx_hikashop_file)

EG: Product Display
** mouseover the top left image as compared to others **

It would be great if that was included with the _hikashop_product for batching as a generic name for mouseover is more SEO freindly (as I understand it)

2) Is it possible (feasible) to include the ability for EXIF/IPTC extraction of for images? Having used almost all PhotoGallery software there is, I think Hikashop comes close to the whole package, and this inclusion could open it up to a bigger audience - Great potential (IMHO)

I thought it might be possible in a similar way to tiered pricing and how that is listed in the csv file.

i.e.

0.12000|0.07000|0.09000 AUD|AUD|AUD 0|9999|999 all|all|all

one could have it as:

imagename-a|imagename-b|imagename-1 image-file-a|image-file-a|image-file-a

As for developing a plugin, I could take a look, but probaly like you a lot on. But I will look at at and maybe post back here for some guidance.

Yep, realise that,

What I meant is that the image name column could be added and were several images for the one product were concerned, each could be separated the same way other multi-entry data is. Like currency.

Hence there would not be the need for the extra file ( xxx_hikashop_file), and name generation for images would be batch added and images could have proper names without manually adding.

Make sense? (just a thought)
