Should i need Hykaserial addon ?

My professionnal purpose is selling home services to customers,
i have a website showing the different kinds of services i propose at different prices.

My customers never buy them directly from my website, they often call me first when they need me and we set appointment.
Once the service done i would like to email the invoice to my customer and let him pay directly on my website with Hikashop.

Should i need Hikaserial addon to generate something like a single invoice number, when customer receives the invoice with that number on it, then he will pay for it once he entered his unique invoice number ?

Would it be a good way to proceed or i should need something different to proceed ?

If i buy HikaShop Essential, will this version be enough to do it ?

or, i should go with Business version ?

I've bought HikaShop Essential and i want to use Hikashop to send an invoice to someone by email.
Once the invoice received, i would like the attendee to connect to my website and directly pay online.
I would like to create a invoide or order unique number and avoid people to use credentials to pay online.

Is it possible to customers to pay an invoice if they only get their invoice or order number ?
How could i do so ?
